Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and has been a board member of the SSC's Board of Directors from 2011, was the founding co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. The producer was also, costume/set designer writer/composer, and the text coach for SSC while she served as its Artistic Director. Although she was usually the leader of her ensembles, her first directing role was as part of SSC King Lear.
